Here are the papers from the New York State Hydrokinetic Generation Environmental Policy Workshop held at Pace Law School in May 2012. OREC member Verdant Power helped to secure funding for the project from NYSERDA and OREC staff Sean O’Neill and Carolyn Elefant participated and offered peer review, as did OREC member law firm Van Ness Feldman. OREC thanks NYSERDA and the Pace team for this stellar effort that will surely help to advance marine and hydrokinetics in New York.
